Isang araw, pupunta kami sa Solana to attend Jen’s baby shower. While waiting, one of our patients, Father Chenes, who just just discharged asked us kung san kami gogorabels. Pero siyempre, hindi naman gorabels yung term na ginamit ni Father. What a coincidence lang na nung sinabi niyang “sa Solana kayo?” “Opo” sabi naman namin, hanggang sa ayun nag offer na siya! “Sabay na kayo!”

Siyempre nung una, shy type. Lam mo na mga pinoy kunwari ayaw pero like na like naman. “Hindi na po Father” pero isang pilitan lang sumakay na agad! And take note, hindi lang isa o dalawang tao yung hinitch nya kung PITO! haha. Yan ang sinasabing ina-vail ang offer.

On the way, hulaan mo soundtrip ni Father! Ano pa kundi …….

Sorreh, lubak kasi ang daan

Habang nasa sasakyan, medyo iba yung dinaanan ni Father. Pak! Baka nagsisisi na siya sa offer at biglang bawiin niya! Sasabihin nalang nyang, “Ay sorry, may iba pa pala akong pupuntahan” or worst, baka nagpapanggap lang pala siyang Pari tapos kikidnappin kami! Pero imagination ko lang lahat yun. :)

Noong tinanong niya kung saan ang eksaktong destination namin, sabi ng mga kasama ko sa Centro daw. Eh sa pagkakatanda ko, hindi dun! WRONG! Sayang ang offer kung hindi iavail! Chos. hehe. Siyempre nahihiya naman kami. Pero nung sinabi ni Father na special delivery niya daw kami sa patutunguhan, wit ako nag agree! Sabi ko sa sarili ko, delivery lang ito, wala nang special kasi di naman niya tinodo! Buwaahahaha.

At ayun, bilang may ethics naman kami at GMRC noong mga estudyante pa kami, bumaba nalang kami sa palengke at nagjeep nlang at ito napo. Dito lang kami gumastos! From Centro Solana to our destination, 5 pesos lang!

Wala ng pictures nung lumalamon kami kasi we’re too busy. Sarap lang ng food, at siyempre, wala akong kaide-idea na magseserve si Jen ng siomai. As in na-shock ako na may siomai pala! Rare kaya un. #sarcasm101 (tindera kasi siya ng siomai sa hospital). After food, chika chika while waiting for the controversial couple. Chos! Mag best daw sila.. :) Tweety and Sylvester? Hahaha. Chos ulit.

Since magga-gabi narin, eto ang walang kamatayang timer mode! Groupies!

Madami pa yan actually, pero yan ang mga best picks. Arte? Pero eto walang arte, just look at the sky. I fell in love again. Sigh.

Breathtaking. Haaaaay. Pero di pa jan nagtatapos ang lahat! So sa pag-uwi, libre parin! Hahahahaha. Hinatid kami ni Kkkkcrishshshshshstiaaaaannnnhhhh (pronounce it that way para efek lang!). Oh diba? What is 5 pesos!

Shalang-shala lang ang natipid that day! I love et with matching <3. Oh, hindi mo pa ba nahuhulaan soundtrip ni Father? Pwes kung hindi pa, ito na!

Nuclear Bomb Blessing

Who the hell blesses a nuclear bomb? Of course, I’m just chosing with you. :D Not funny. Back to my story, our hospital just had a new department put up and of course, being it a catholic hospital, it is a must for the unit to be blessed. See, I’m really not good with dates and days, and this just happened a few days ago but I couldn’t exactly identify the day or date it happened.

On to the story, welcome our new department, Nuclear Medicine! :D

And, it has also been a practice that they assign usherettes for the guests. It was my first time to usher and I believe I SUCK! hahaha. Poor social skills to blame. Well here are some shots of me and other girls.

Pilot Study

So, the CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) Committee—US are conducting a study entitled “Bottomless” which I need not to discuss right now because details are to be revealed soon. Choz! Basta, me study kaming ginagawa and we chose St. Joseph unit for our pilot study since ito naman ang area na palaging toxic.

We had a meeting with the unit to reveal the progress of the study and went to Anne’s Resto after. Ikinain nalang lahat ng hirap at pagod during the study!
